The YIRIBA Residence is located in Ouagadougou (Sector 23) on Boulevard des Tansoaba, halfway between the Shell station at the Charles de Gaulle Pediatric Hospital and the Women's Center on Rue 28-454. Its proximity to the city center (15 minutes), the airport (25 minutes), the National Museum, the International Arts and Crafts Fair (SIAO), and the Artisan Village (VAO) makes the YIRIBA Residence an ideal place to stay.

Located in a modern three-story building, the YIRIBA Residence is designed to meet the needs of medium- and long-term guests seeking a welcoming environment conducive to both rest and work, harmoniously combining comfort, tranquility, and security, much like a private home in a typical Ouagadougou neighborhood.

The YIRIBA Residence offers four (4) fully furnished private apartments on the first and second floors and four (4) rooms on the ground floor. Each apartment includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, a living room with armchairs and a sofa, color televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony. Each apartment is completely self-contained.

The residence also offers four (4) furnished rooms on the ground floor, each equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a color television.

The two (2) larger rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the two smaller rooms each have a shared bathroom in the hallway. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence for both short and long stays. Parking is free, and security is provided by a security company.
